VETERAN WELLNESS FOR WOMEN:
COLD PLUNGE & SAUNA

MWC Members gathered at Chayse Life Sauna & Cold Plunge to lean into the "fire and ice," trading the daily grind for a morning of physical recovery and mental resilience. When women veterans challenge their limits together, they rediscover their inner strength and the unbreakable bond of sisterhood.

Throughout the session, the group shared wellness strategies and local resources, ensuring no sister walks her path toward healing alone.
