Behind the Scenes
Military Women's Collective (MWC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering and equipping women veterans to transition successfully from military service to civilian life. Our organization was founded in 2021 by Marina Rabinek, a Navy Veteran who believes that the key to finding success post-military service lies in finding your purpose and career mentorship.
We provide free resources to help women veterans transition into civilian life, including career mentorship and training, networking & outdoor therapeutic events, and mental health support. Our mission is to provide the tools and resources to help our women veterans thrive in their post-military lives.
We strive to empower our sisters in arms by creating a safe and supportive environment to grow, learn and build lasting relationships.
Motivated, energetic and fully of new ideas! Marina helped me navigate LinkedIn so I can be more efficient and productive in future career searches. Just when I thought I was hitting every target possible, Marina introduced me to new ideas, possibilities, and paths to get there.
