MARINA RABINEK

Founder and Executive Director

Marina Rabinek is a violet‑purple‑haired, bilingual Super Connector and 24‑year U.S. Navy veteran who leads with heart, humor, and an unshakable commitment to community. As the Founder of Military Women’s Collective, she empowers women veterans to feel seen, valued, and unapologetically themselves through identity‑centered coaching, mentoring, and belonging‑driven leadership on LinkedIn and MilMentor.

A natural bridge‑builder, Marina collaborates with nonprofits nationwide—including FourBlock, Travis Manion Foundation, and WWP—to amplify resources and spark conversations that make women veterans feel less invisible. Her work is rooted in connection, culture, and the belief that every woman who served deserves a voice and a place to belong.

When she’s not out hiking or enjoying board games and video games with her husband, daughter, and their four cats, Marina is busy weaving community across Southern California and beyond—one relationship, one conversation, and one empowered woman at a time.
